Let's Do This.  Preparing for the Kick-Off.

We're excited to start working together!  This page will help you understand the things you need to do to prepare for and make the most of our Kick-Off call.  

1.  Attendees.  Make sure you have the right attendees for the call.  This should include the business lead for this effort, professionals assigned to the project and key stakeholders who may have deep SME regarding PI within your business.

2. Due Diligence + Information Gathering.  We've attached a general checklist that includes information that you should collect and be ready to share on our call.  Where possible, please be prepared to provide the information in an electronic document that we can continue to review after the call.  

3. What To Expect.  Our goal for this first call is to gather as much information as possible so that we understand the current state of your practices around personal information.  This includes collection, processing, third-party sharing and retention practices.  It also includes understanding the jurisdictions that apply to your business.  Because the goal is deep immersion, its not unusual for calls to last 2 hours and for us to have follow-up questions.
